1. Service Description
Apex Coach is a wellness information and habit-tracking application. The AI coach Marcus provides personalized guidance based on the information you provide about your lifestyle and goals. The service is informational in nature and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Apex Coach. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@apexzenlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. AI-Generated Content
Responses from the Marcus coach are generated by an AI language model. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Apexzen makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
5. Shop and Product Purchases
Product recommendations displayed in Apex Coach link to apexzenlabs.com. Purchases made on that website are governed by the Terms of Service and Return Policy published there. Apex Coach the application does not process payment transactions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape data from the application.
- Submit false health information intended to manipulate the AI coach.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service.
7. Access During Launch Period
During the current launch period, all premium features are made available to founding members at no charge. Apexzen reserves the right to introduce subscription pricing in a future version. Any such change will be communicated in advance within the application.
8. Termination
You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time from the app settings. Apexzen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
