1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in their original packaging (opened or unopened)
- You must provide your order number and reason for the return
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email us at hello@apexzenlabs.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return or approve your refund request:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
6. Subscription Refunds
For subscription orders:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Refunds for the current cycle are available within 7 days of the charge date
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items
- Products returned after the 30-day window
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at hello@apexzenlabs.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
