Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are fulfilled from our FDA-registered facility in the United States.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states plus DC). We do not ship internationally at this time. For international wellness products, visit our sister brand Alyzen Paris (coming soon for European markets).
2. Shipping Rates

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
5. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the package size and destination. We select the carrier that provides the best delivery experience for your location.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us at hello@apexzenlabs.com if the package shows as delivered but you have not received it
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@apexzenlabs.com.
8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates.
9. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically according to your selected frequency. You will be notified before each shipment. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
