What exactly is the Founders Circle?

It is the first 100 customer seats at Apexzen. Not a VIP tier, not a rewards program. A permanent founding membership that gives you lifetime perks and a direct channel to shape the product roadmap. Once 100 seats are filled, it closes with no reopening planned.

Is there a fee to join the Founders Circle?

No separate fee. Membership is confirmed after your first Apexzen order. If you have already ordered, you may already be a founding member. Check your welcome email or contact hello@apexzenlabs.com with your order number.

When does the FOUNDER15 code activate?

Within 24 hours of your first order confirmation. You will receive a welcome email with the code and instructions. The code works on all future orders, all SKUs, with no minimum order value.

What is the Slack channel and how does it work?

A private Slack workspace shared only with FC members and Samuel. You can ask protocol questions, report results, request new products, or flag issues. Samuel checks it daily. It is not a support queue - it is a direct line to the person building the brand.

When does the Coach app launch?

TestFlight for Founders end of June 2026 (iOS-first). Public launch Q3 2026 (iOS), Android in V1.1 Q4 2026. V1 at launch: 5 core decision sections (sleep, training, supplements, nutrition, calendar), Apple Health integration, supplement interaction checker, timing reminders. V1.1 adds Whoop, Oura, and the remaining 12 decision sections - Founders vote on which ones ship first.

What happens when 100 seats are filled?

The page closes and stays closed. No waitlist, no future reopening planned. Existing members keep all perks permanently. If you are reading this and spots remain, that is the answer to whether you should wait.
