Shipping & Delivery
Apexzen is a brand operated by SASU Organizen. Every order is fulfilled from our US-based, FDA-registered cGMP facility and ships within the United States. When you order from Apexzen, you deal with us directly — not a third party.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- Orders $75 and over: FREE shipping.
- Orders under $75: a flat $5.99.
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard US delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
We stand behind every order. If your package is lost in transit, delayed well beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@apexzenlabs.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. No supplier run-around — we handle it.
Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. Email hello@apexzenlabs.com with your order number and we will send instructions. Founder’s Circle members can also reach us at founders-circle@apexzenlabs.com.
