The 14-day protocol

I thought Apexzen avoids melatonin?

We avoid over-dosing melatonin — the 5mg and 10mg dosing common in mass-market sleep supplements creates dependency and disrupts the endogenous rhythm. DEEP Reset uses 2mg, which is the dose supported by the actual circadian research, not the marketing version.

Will I get rebound insomnia coming off this?

At 2mg melatonin you should not. If you want extra insurance, you can taper DEEP Reset over the last 7 days of your cycle. The other four compounds aren't habit-forming.

Can I take this if I'm on antidepressants?
