NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. Sponsor

The Apex Zen Challenge (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Organizen, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU), registered with the Thonon-les-Bains Trade and Companies Register under no. 932 373 228, 2 Chemin de Thony, 74500 Évian-les-Bains, France ("Sponsor"), operating the Apex Zen brand.

3. Platform release

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, TikTok, YouTube or Google. By entering, entrants release these platforms from any and all liability. Information is provided to Sponsor, not to these platforms.

4. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) at the time of entry and who have a public account on one of the platforms listed above. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

5. Promotion period

The Promotion begins on October 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

6. How to enter

To enter during the Promotion Period:

  • watch the official Promotion video posted on one of Sponsor's official accounts;
  • pause the video when the capsule is closest to the opening of the bottle;
  • post an unaltered screenshot of that moment, showing the accuracy percentage, as a comment on the official video;
  • optionally tag one (1) friend in the same comment (not required to enter; does not affect the odds of winning).

Limit: one (1) entry per person per platform. Entries that are incomplete, late, altered, fraudulent, or that contain offensive, defamatory or unlawful content are void. Sponsor may remove such comments.

7. Winner selection and odds

Entries are ranked by the accuracy percentage shown on the screenshot. On or about November 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries showing the highest accuracy percentage achieved.

The drawing is conducted by a recorded online random drawing using a publicly verifiable randomness beacon (drand).

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) bottle of the Apex Zen supplement of their choice (one-month supply) as sold on apexzenlabs.com, shipped free of charge to a US address. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to US $60.

Bonus prize: if the winner tagged a friend in their entry, the first friend tagged (if eligible under Section 4) also receives one (1) bottle of their choice (ARV up to US $60). Tagging is optional and does not affect the odds of winning. Total ARV of all prizes: up to US $120.

No cash alternative, substitution or transfer of the prize is allowed, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize is a dietary supplement product. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The winner should consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or having a medical condition.

9. Winner notification

The potential winner will be announced on Sponsor's official accounts and notified by direct message within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days and provide the information needed to deliver the prize; otherwise the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor will never ask an entrant for payment or banking information. Any such message is fraudulent.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their username, screenshot and city/state for promotional purposes, without further compensation, for twelve (12) months.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected (username, name, email, shipping address) is used only to administer the Promotion and deliver the prize, and is deleted six (6) months after the Promotion ends. Requests regarding your data: contact@organizen.ai.

12. General conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, comments removed by a platform, or any event beyond its control. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion in case of fraud or force majeure. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

13. Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

14. Winner list

For the winner's name, send an email to contact@organizen.ai with the subject "Winner list – Apex Zen Challenge" within thirty (30) days after November 15, 2026.
